Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV)

Home-Based Care Service Under the CCSV Scheme

The Social Welfare Department (SWD) launched the Third Phase of the Pilot Scheme on Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly in October 2020.  The eligible elderly persons may use Community Care Service Voucher to choose community care services (CCS) that suit their individual needs to support their ageing in place under the 'money-following-the-user' mode.

Depending on personal financial status, voucher holders could be granted a subsidy of up to 95% of the original package price (For details, please refer to https://www.swd.gov.hk/en/index/site_pubsvc/page_elderly/sub_csselderly/id_psccsv/ or contact social workers for enquiry.

Since October 2020, Mercy became one of the accredited units, focusing on providing home-based services and supporting older people in the community.

#Auxiliary staff include Physiotherapy Assistants, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Health Workers, Personal Care Workers, Home Helpers, etc.
